A Real Estate Consultant advises potential real estate investors on which property to buy. Unlike real estate agents, real estate consultants only work with real estate investors rather than residential buyers and sellers.

Work environment
You will work in an office set up. But you will be travelling a lot to client sites, property sites, etc. If you were to work for a firm, your working hours would be fixed. So, you are likely to work over 40 hours a week. But if you were to work for yourself, your timings would be erratic. You will often be working on weekends. Entrepreneurship: you can start your own business.
