A Property or Estate Manager manages a real estate property for a fee when the owner is unable to attend to the same personally. The main role of a property manager is to personally ensure that the property they are managing remains in top condition at all times.

Work environment
You will work in an office set up if you were to work for a company. Local travel is a part of the job profile as you will have to meet potential buyers to show them apartments, to inspect the properties, or meeting with owners. You are likely to head a team of junior professionals. You will have regular work hours, which is 5 to 6 days a week 8 to 9 hours every day. Entrepreneurship: you can choose to work independently.
