She had been running a spa called 'Grace Aroma' in Navi Mumbai for seven years, but felt the need to modernise and improve its services, so she took the help of Spa Consultants. Her existing staff underwent training in customer handling and the latest spa-treatment techniques, and were helped in redesigning the spa and trained in the best spa-management techniques. It is now called G-Spa in its new avatar. 'The training given by Dr. Manish and Dr. Swapnil made the transformation a memorable one,' she says.
